This report provides detailed insights into the performance and effectiveness of predefined goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Components of a Goal Analysis Report:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total Sessions<\/strong>: Refers to the number of customer that chatbots have actively managed and responded to within a given timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Goal Reached<\/strong>: The total count of successfully achieved goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion Rate<\/strong>: The percentage of goals successfully completed out of the total chatbot sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avg. Completion Rate: The average time required for a customer\/ visitor to complete the goal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filters and Options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Time Range Selection<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Today<\/strong>: Displays bot engagement data for the current date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last 1 Day<\/strong>: Displays bot engagement data for the past 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last 7 Days<\/strong>: Displays bot engagement data for the past 7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last 30 Days<\/strong>: Displays bot engagement data for the past 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom Range<\/strong>: Displays bot engagement data for selected data range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bot Filter<\/strong>: Allows you to filter data for specific chatbots or view data for all chatbots using a drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Goal Name<\/strong>: Allows you to filter data for a specific goal using a drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion Rate<\/strong>: Allows you to filter the data based on completion rate.
