Fallback Per Sessions<\/strong>: measures how often a chatbot fails to understand user queries within each session, showing potential gaps in the bot\u2019s ability to respond accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bot Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bot overview provides the details of all the available chatbots.
