This is the bot design which is not part of the bot flow. Thus, it gives you the opportunity to design unrelated components in better way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Create FAQs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong><em>Add FAQ<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; button. A pop-up will appear. There users have to provide a name and select the response type from the drop-down. Users can either select a node or a custom message as a response.
