There you need to provide a message in the &#8216;<em><strong>Default Message<\/strong><\/em>&#8216; text box. Visitor\/ customer will see this message when he request for chat transfer to a live agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>System will show another message when human agents are not available. Users can change this offline message according to their preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have department option enabled either you select which department to route the request of the visitor\/ customer or the visitor can choose the department while requesting chat transfer.
