Sometimes for ecommerce, travel, health chatbots, it is necessary to receive files ( passport, medical tests, past invoices etc.). With this action users can easily do that. To use this action, select this from the &#8220;Actions&#8221; list on the right side, to be added in the desired node. User can select all three data type to receive any kind of document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User can limit the file size but maximum size will be 10 MB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the file type, there will be a validation.
