Besides, it can help the coordinators to manage the team by tagging it with priority or specific label\/tag. During chat session Live chat agents can add those tags against chats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can organise the tags under categories. To create custom tags for a business, a users has to first create a category or select an existing category. Type in the tag users want to create and click &#8220;Create&#8221;.
