It will be triggered for both live chat &amp; chatbot if post chat form is enabled.<br>If we hover over the post chat form we can see the edit option as well as the duplicate option. We can change existing elements or add new ones depending on our requirements.<br>To add a new element, click any of the fields from the right most column.
